15 DIY Thanksgiving Centerpieces

With Thanksgiving now less than two weeks away, it’s time to start finalizing the details or at least start thinking about your plans for turkey day! You may already have the menu planned out, but have you thought yet about how to make your dining area more seasonal and inviting? Below are some fantastic DIY Thanksgiving décor ideas that are sure to get you in the mood to eat, drink, and give thanks amongst your family and friends:

1. Fill glass jars and vases with acorns and chestnuts. 


2. On a serving tray, fill small candle votives with coffee beans and tea-light candles.


3. Wrap cinamon sticks around pillar candles and tie with twine or burlap.


4. Fill a square vase with a candle and cranberries.


5. Fall foliage makes for simple place cards!

7. Fill a decorative bowl with water, and float with cranberries and tea-light candles.


8. Hollow gourds for candle votives.


9. Wrap Indian corn around a pillar candle in a vase and tie with twine.



10.  Paint your pumpkins white and wrap with a berry garland.


11. Make rosemary wreath place cards.


12. Tie your silverware with a pretty velvet bow.


13. Use gourds to serve small appetizers.


14. Paint your pumpkins gold and use as a place card.


15. Place roses, mums and broom cob in a pumpkin vase.
